Brewbound Data Club: Bump Williams Consulting Digs into Beyond Beer Trends

Beyond beer offerings -- the amalgamation of hard seltzers, teas, coffee, kombucha, ready-to-drink canned cocktails and other products outside of core beer -- increased dollar sales 130% in off-premise retailers in 2020 and grew to a 10% share of the beer category, according to market research firm NielsenIQ.

Williams and Krueger also discuss early insights into 2021 trends, share what they're watching in the new year and also offer insights into the non-alcoholic beer space.
