Twelve Percent Beer Project is seeking a dependable, detail-focused, and mechanically savvy individual to become part of our packaging team. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining high-speed equipment on our canning line, as well as cleaning and filling kegs. This is a full-time, hourly position offering overtime and benefits such as health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone with experience in operating canning lines—this includes tasks like cleaning-in-place (CIP), sanitation, counter-pressure filling, seaming, and routine equipment maintenance. You’ll also support other key packaging functions, such as keg cleaning, filling, general brewery sanitation, and loading/unloading shipments.

Physical Requirements:

·      Able to be on your feet for 8+ hours per shift

·      Comfortable working in extreme hot or cold conditions

·      Ability to work in wet, damp, or confined areas

·      Tolerance for loud production environments

·      Capable of overhead reaching, twisting, bending, kneeling, and crouching

·      Able to safely lift items up to 165 lbs, including kegs

·      Willing to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed

·      Understanding and proper handling of chemicals

·      Forklift operation (training available if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

·      At least two years of prior experience in a production brewery environment

·      Passion for craft beer and a strong interest in the brewing process
