Overview: When the seltzer craze started, instead of looking at it as a fad, we reviewed the seltzers on the market looking at how we can make them better. We looked for the nexus point where sweet and dry, fruity and crisp, refreshing and flavorful meet. After nearly two years of product testing and perfecting brewing techniques, we created that point and Pakka was born.

We refrained from making our seltzer crystal clear, instead focusing first on how we can best use real fruit. The color in our seltzer is the result of using real fruit as the key ingredient instead of flavor concentrates and mass produced tinctures.

Since our inception, we've expanded to provide not only hard seltzers, but hard water, hard tea, and more. Each time we develop a new recipe, we aim to source our ingredients locally and organically.

We're definitely not the first craft seltzer maker to the market, but surely, Pakka is the best on the market.
