This farmhouse ale is crafted with wheat, rye, and oats for a smooth body, rich copper color and notes of earthy spice. Our Fall Saison casts aromatic notes of fresh yeast, toast, and perfume. Initial flavors of light caramel and a touch of nuttiness subtly dissolve allowing for a complex estery finish, and even though the mouthfeel is slightly robust this beer dries beautifully at the end to bring out the peppery finish. A true celebration of the fall harvest.
