A Honey and Rye-forward farmhouse ale, this warm weather brew is just what you've been looking for. A touch of honey on the nose tangles with the aromas of the Belgian yeast. There is a mild sweetness from the local Pacific Northwest Blackberry and Clover Honey that blends seamlessly with the malted rye. A dry finish is complimented by the subtle spicy notes that linger and round out with hints of faint fruity-esters to create a crisp and refreshing saison.
