Indian Springs Brewing Company: Ridge Road American Red Ale
Official description from the brewery:
Ridge Road Red Ale This is an “American-ized” version of an Irish Red Ale. Over-hopped with Pacific Northwest hops, this beer features a sweet, malty body that finishes with bold hop flavor, without the sharp bitterness of an IPA. This beer is brewed with Maris Otter base malts along with a variety of crystal malts that give it it’s beautiful red-orange hue. It is hopped with Cascade, Centennial & Amarillo hops and dry-hopped with Cascade hops. The Ridge Road is one of the last remaining roads that once traversed thru Indian Springs. While it’s now named Quail Road, it’s still called Ridge Road by the locals.
