Indian Springs Brewing Company: Indian Creek IPA
Official description from the brewery:
This IPA is brewed in the West Coast style of IPA’s with six different types of American hops, sourced from the Pacific Northwest area of Oregon and Washington. Indian Creek starts near Boulder City in Newton County and runs southwest thru McDonald County where it empties into Elk River just above Ginger Blue. Indian Creek runs along the southern edge of Indian Springs and was dammed up at one time with a lake large enough to support a sidewheel steam-powered boat capable of carrying 75 passengers. Indian Creek is a classic example of a clear, cold Ozark stream and a great source of entertainment and relaxation to the brewery crew.
