Ebbinghaus Oktoberfest This is an old German Oktoberfest-Marzen recipe brewed with loads of Pilsner and Munich malts which give this beer a robust malt sweetness. Full bodied with toasted malt flavors, this could be considered liquid bread. This festival beer was hopped with German Tettnanger and Hallertau-Hersbrucker hops and lagered for six weeks.
