Overview: Millstream Brewing Co. is Iowa's original craft brewery founded in 1985. It is one of the oldest and most awarded craft breweries in the country. The Schild Brau Amber is Millstream's flagship beer. It’s produced using the same recipe as the special beers of Munich in the Vienna Lager category. On any given day Millstream has more than 20 different beers and sodas in production and on tap. One of the secrets to creating great beer is…amazing water. Amana water is what gives Millstream its unique taste and texture. Fun fact: Millstream brews as much Root Beer by volume as it does Beer.
