Do you know how to work in an efficient and organized manner? Are you looking for a role that is team oriented? Our Warehouse Manager position may be the right fit for you! We are seeking an experienced and energetic Warehouse Manager to manage shipping and receiving functions for a rapidly expanding company with ~$1MM of product sales per month. This role is full-time, reports directly to the Operations Manager and is located onsite at 8th Wonder Brewery.

Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Team Leadership

• Manage all Shipping and Receiving functions, including order acceptance, order fulfillment and documentation
• Manage Performance of all Warehouse Personnel and roles, identify and train staff for gaps in skillsets, or hire for same
• Coordinate effectively with other Operations teams (Supply Chain & Production) to ensure flow of goods (supplies and Finished goods) is known and properly documented across three locations

Order fulfillments

• Ensure timely turnover of Sales Orders, including coordination of Warehouse team, booking freight and arranging delivery
• Ensure all deliveries are noted in ERP, correctly and as needed to ensure inventory is trackable
• Oversee the transfer of finished goods in IMS/ERP
• Coordinate with sales team regarding shipping samples and self-distributed orders.
• Manage fulfillment of online orders, and sample orders

Inventory Management

• Maintain EOM raw material inventory by location
• Oversee Weekly FG and WIP product inventory by SKU and attributes (e.g., State compliant items)

Process Improvement

• Optimize warehouse management and inventory management systems via new/efficient processes, new vendors, or new tools

i. E.g., review freight options for lower costs and better quality

ii. E.g., review/suggest/implement new inventory system

Records

• Track new orders in Odoo and fulfill on day of shipment
• Track and note freight costs, condition of loads
• Oversee Inventory of all Warehouse locations and movement of product

Quality Control

• Maintain communication with production and quality leads to avoid or mitigate any out of spec issues
• Keep destruction log up to date for any issues/movement of product, or scrap in Odoo

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in warehouse management
• Progressive roles with leading staff
• Precision with a keen eye for detail
• Great organizational skills, and excellent time management
• Good communicator, works well among other team members within and across functions
• Forklift certified, and able to use pallet jack
• Familiar with MS Office products
• Able to commute to locations, as needed
• Able to lift to 40lb
• Valid Drivers License
