Brewer

We’re a family-owned brewery seeking a passionate and experienced brewer to join our team. We specialize in classic styles—particularly stouts and pilsners—and use a traditional kettle and tanks system to craft our beers with care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with kettle and fermentation tank systems
• Strong understanding of the brewing process from grain to glass
• Deep familiarity with malts (especially barley and corn), hops, yeast, and water chemistry
• A strong palate and dedication to quality, consistency, and clean fermentation
• Passion for stouts (roasty, smooth) and pilsners (crisp, balanced)
• Willingness to collaborate in a family-run, small-team environment
