We are a fast-growing hard cider company rooted in craft, quality, and community. Our mission is to deliver premium small-batch ciders to a growing market of consumers. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executiveto lead our expansion into bars, restaurants, and off-premise retail channels.


Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and executing the regional sales strategy for our cider portfolio. You will work alongside our sales team and lead all aspects of on- and off-premise sales, focusing on key accounts, relationship building, and growing brand presence in bars, restaurants, and liquor stores within a defined territory. A strong background in the alcohol beverage industry—preferably in craft beverages—is required.


Key Responsibilities:

?      Develop and execute sales strategy across both on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (liquor stores, bottle shops, grocery) channels


?      Grow account base by identifying, targeting, and securing new customers and strategic partnerships


?      Manage and expand relationships with wholesalers, ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand positioning


?      Set and track KPIs, sales targets, forecasts, and territory objectives


?      Assist with recruiting and training efforts, and join a small but growing team of territory sales reps or brand ambassadors


?      Conduct market visits, product tastings, and staff training to increase product knowledge and sell-through


?      Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and market activations


?      Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategy



Requirements:

?      4+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry


?      Proven success selling hard cider or similar craft beverage products to both on-premise and off-premise accounts


?      Existing relationships with key buyers in regional or national on/off-premise chains is a plus


?      Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills


?      Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently


?      Willingness to travel locally as needed 2-3) days a week


?      Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States
