Eleven Eleven Brewing Company is seeking a hands-on, high-energy Taproom Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the customer experience, and help shape the heartbeat of our taproom. If you’re passionate about craft beer and building a vibrant community, we want to meet you.

About the Role

As Taproom Manager, you’ll be one of the primary faces of the brewery. You’ll run the floor, lead a team of both full and part-time beer tenders and kitchen staff, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the spirit of Eleven Eleven: fun, community-focused, and family friendly. You’ll work closely with the ownership team to improve systems, support growth of the brewery, and maintain a high standard of service. For more information on the brewery: elevenelevenbrewing.com

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day taproom operations from open to close
• Lead and manage a team of 6–10 front and back-of-house staff
• Handle scheduling, training, and team development
• Manage beer and merchandise inventory and ordering
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food service runs smoothly
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming space
• Represent the Eleven Eleven brand on the floor—solve problems, interact with guests, and build a remarkable community experience
• Support and optimize systems for POS, events, and promotions
• Help execute weekly events (trivia, live music, etc.) and plan new ideas

• Have 3+ years experience in taproom/brewery/bar management

• Are organized, reliable, and know how to make a place run smoothly

• Are available to work evenings and weekends (Thursday–Sunday are core days)

• $40,000-50,000/year salary (flexible based on experience)
