Melvin Brewing is looking for talented and passionate brewers to join the production brewing team in beautiful Alpine Wyoming! We are looking to fill our Level 1 and Level 2 positions to round out our team.


LEVEL 2 Brewer

Job Summary:

Level 2 Brewers have previous experience working and operating in a high paced, large volume production brewery environment. Success in this role is driven by self initiative, confidence in trouble shooting and making adjustments as needed pulling from previous experience and learned experiences from working at Melvin. Passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other members of the brewing team are imperative for this position. Level 2 Brewers play a key role in problem-solving, process optimization, and training. This is an opportunity for experienced brewers looking to advance their careers and contribute to a growing brewery.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a production brewery
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive motions for long periods.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Positive communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of how to operate safely and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ability to keep meticulous digital records via daily data entry.
  • Positive, get-it-done attitude and a passion for beer.



LEVEL 1 Brewer


Job Summary:

The Level 1 Brewer is an entry-level position responsible for assisting and supporting senior brewing staff with daily tasks in the production brewing process. This includes assisting with brewing, cellaring operations, and maintenance. The Level 1 Brewer will adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in furthering their brewing careers.

  • Entry-level position, prior experience may be helpful but not always required.
