We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships, manage a sales territory, and understand the unique needs of foodservice clients. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products, growing our client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction—all while working closely with our internal team to support efficient order fulfillment. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and Simple IRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers across the food and beverage industry
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base
  • Conduct on-site client visits and product presentations
  • Handle order coordination and follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Inventory Management and Procurement
  • Keep up with industry trends and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and feedback

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of industry products and customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Hybrid position: Coming to the office at least once every two weeks
  • Occasional local travel for client meetings or site visits
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
