Dad Grass makes low-dose cannabis products that taste great, feel good, and offer a light lift for modern times. We’re building a national beverage brand at the front edge of the fastest-growing adult beverage category ever. And we're partnering with top-tier distributors, retailers, and local talent to make it a success.
Now, we’re looking for a sharp, self-sufficient operator to launch and lead our boots-on-the-ground efforts in New Jersey.
You’ll be the face of Dad Grass in your territory—opening doors, running tastings, supporting distributor reps, and making sure we’re not just in stores, but moving off shelves. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something real with a brand that’s already generating national momentum.
You’ll work closely with our founding team, who remain hands-on with strategy and distributor relationships. Your role is to bring those plans to life in the field—with excellence, hustle, and creativity.
It’s a one-person show to start, but a high-impact one. You’ll play a key role in turning Dad Grass into a household name across the state. There’s a clear path to leadership as we grow.
This is a sales-first role: You’ll be responsible for driving sell-in, managing key accounts, and helping us win new opportunities on the shelf, one great account at a time. That said, field marketing will be a big part of the job—so you’ll need to be just as comfortable pouring samples and telling the brand story as you are presenting to buyers. Your mission: turn curious consumers into lifelong fans.

What You’ll Do
Distributor Support: Act as the day-to-day contact for our top-tier beer distributor teams—supporting sales reps, staying on top of execution, and helping unlock store-level wins.
Sell-In & Retail Development: Open new accounts across off-prem and on-prem. You’ll be pitching the brand, landing placements, and making sure we show up right, and selling through.
Tastings & Demos: Run in-store tastings and samplings that introduce new customers to the brand. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a personal touch to every event.
Field Marketing: Execute promotional events, local partnerships, and seasonal pushes that keep Dad Grass front-of-mind, and front-of-fridge.
Education: Train store staff and distributor reps on our products, positioning, and how to win with Dad Grass. The more they know, the better we grow.
Market Feedback: Share what you’re seeing in the field—competitive insights, buyer reactions, consumer feedback—so we can refine and improve as we scale.

Who You Are
2–6 years of experience in beverage alcohol—sales rep, brand ambassador, or field marketing background preferred
Strong in either sales or marketing, with the ability to level up the other side with support
A self-starter with great time management and follow-through
A people person who knows how to make a buyer meeting feel like a win-win
Hands-on and action-oriented—not afraid to carry cases, haul coolers, or pour samples
Motivated by growth and excited to build something from the ground up
Based in New Jersey with regular travel across your territory
