Block 15’s Distribution Team is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of a Sales Representative. This is a 40-45 hours/week exempt position with salary paid as a base plus commission on sales made. This Distribution Sales Representative is responsible for managing Block 15 Distributions wholesale market presence and product sales in their territory in Portland. The majority of this position's time will be spent directly building and maintaining account relationships out in the field. Additionally, the position will be required to occasionally visit the Distribution Office at Block 15 Brewery & Tap Room in South Corvallis. Some weekends, holidays and overnight trips are required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be an enthusiastic advocate for Block 15 Distribution products.
- Be a resource on Block 15 Distribution products to accounts in the field.
- Maintain positive working relationships with wholesale accounts.
- Work directly with the In-House Distribution Team to ensure products are delivered to customers as ordered.
- Plan and execute fun, impactful and effective account events.
- Take the lead on coordinating between brewery and account if quality or service issues arise.

Required Minimum Qualifications
- Stellar customer service experience
- Passion for locally owned and operated organizations with strong ties to their community
- Clean driving record with current and valid Oregon driver’s license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Have or be able to obtain OLCC alcohol server’s permit
- Some weekends, holidays and overnight trips are required.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Craft Beverage and/or Food sales experience
- Previous Sales and Distribution experience
- Understand or have ability to learn how to setup, troubleshoot and/or pour from mobile or permanently installed draft equipment
Physical Demands -The employee must frequently lift and/or move up 140 lbs pounds, as well as move heavier amounts using available equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack or hand truck.
