In our 8th year of continuous growth, MetaBrand is expanding once again—with new production lines and enhanced filling capabilities. To support this momentum, we are aggressively hiring for multiple roles across all shifts within our Production and Operations departments.

We’re looking for dedicated, skilled professionals with experience in beverage co-packing, manufacturing, or brewing to join our team and grow with us.Open Positions

Filling Operators

Experience with KHS, CFT/Comac, or Wildgoose machinery preferred.

Batching Technicians

Responsible for blending ingredients, sweeteners, emulsions, alcohols, and other components to precise specifications.

Shipping & Receiving

Manage inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods, staging, and dock operations.

Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinators

Oversee procurement of ingredients, packaging, containers, spirits, wine, and other production essentials.

Production Quality Control (QC)

Conduct batch verifications, line checks, ensure GMP and SQF compliance, and uphold SOPs. Multiple openings available.

Lead Mechanic

Supervise or lead maintenance teams across shifts; oversee equipment upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting.

Sr. CIP Technicians & CIP Techs

Lead and execute Clean-In-Place operations to uphold product integrity and ensure sanitation compliance.

Line Supervisors

Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and efficient production across all shifts.

Additional Line Support Roles

Including forklift operators, packaging assistants, and filling line support personnel.
