About Us

Moniker Brewery is a Providence-based brewery known for lagers and a welcoming beer garden atmosphere. As we continue to grow our presence in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts, we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help bring our beer to the right bars, restaurants, and package stores.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who thrives on building connections, growing accounts, and getting beer into the hands of people who care. As a Sales Rep, you’ll be on the front lines of expanding our reach—calling on high-quality on- and off-premise accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and representing Moniker in front of new customers

Key Responsibilities

• Call on bars, restaurants, and package stores in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts
• Build long-term relationships with key buyers and decision-makers
• Maintain and grow our presence in current accounts
• Identify and close new account opportunities
• Monitor timely payment and account activity
• Represent Moniker at events, tastings, and occasional weekend activations
• Track sales activities and maintain basic sales reports in Excel
• Collaborate with internal team to communicate market feedback and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in beer, wine, or beverage sales strongly preferred—but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel for basic reporting and invoicing
• Self-starter who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing their own schedule
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Willingness to work weekends as needed
• Wine knowledge is a major plus

Join our small team and help take us to the next level! We are currently self distributed in Rhode island which grants some amazing freedoms and opportunities! Compensation will be base + bonus + commission. Base salary will be determined by experience.
