We’re looking for a dynamic and outgoing Community Engagement & Corporate Sales Manager to represent Eureka Heights across three key areas: corporate sales, community relations, and social media content creation. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both business development and brand storytelling. You'll work to grow Tap Room rental sales, build community partnerships, and create engaging content that showcases Eureka Heights beer, events, and culture.

Established in 2015 Eureka Heights Brew Co. is a local Independent Craft Brewery that is rapidly growing in the Houston market. We pride ourselves in creating award winning beer that is interesting, approachable and fun.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in sales, community outreach, marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales deals
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Comfortable with photo/video content creation (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe a plus)
- Passion for craft beer and familiarity with the brewing industry
- Must be 21+ and able to work some nights/weekends for events
- Must have a valid Texas drivers license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the promotion and sale of venue space for corporate, private, public and philanthropic events. Assist with the development and implementation of effective branding, marketing, advertising, public relations, digital and promotional strategies for such events. Coordination, planning and creation of social media digital content.
Corporate Sales:
- Actively engaged in seeking out and achieving more sales of the Brewery event rental spaces
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts (community partners, accounts, offices and event planners).
- Proficient in event management software such as Perfect Venue or Tripleseat
- Maintain and enhance upon the corporate sales contact list
- Analyze corporate event sales success metrics and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, and annually)
Community Engagement
- Company representative for community partners, local chambers of commerce and any other membership-based groups
- Represent the brewery at local events, festivals, and charitable initiatives
- Schedule and attend all offsite activations with community partners
- Maintain and grow the community partners contact list
- Responsible for scheduling Brewery brand ambassadors samplings at local accounts and community events
Sponsorship Coordination
- Scheduling sponsorship activations at partner events
- Coordination of communication with Brewery partner sponsorship organizations
- Maintain and grow the sponsorship contact list
Social Media Coordination and content creation
- Work with outside marketing team on planning and scheduling of special media on all digital channels
- Collaborate with Brewery management to ensure that all digital content is aligned with our brand message and values
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for multiple platforms.
- Research and vet emerging social trends to ensure target customers are being reached through the proper platforms
- Schedule all content creation to encompass all aspects of Eureka Heights from community engagement, sales to the Tap Room and events
- Work with taproom, sales and production teams to create a content library of photos and videos
Along with the Tap Room manager, ensure successful events across all formats by:
- Communicating with customer leading up, during and after the events
- Coming up with suggestions to enhance event success
- Ensure necessary approvals and protocols for events are followed
- Ensure Event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur (attendance required)
- Manage master Events calendar and communicate with all necessary parties
- Be brutally enthusiastic about anything and everything Eureka Heights
Required Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Required to attend offsite and key Tap Room events, and to conduct samplings during those times as necessary
