Rexis Biotech is a fast-paced and quickly growing biotech firm that works with clients around the globe. We produce finished consumer goods such as 12 ounce canned hemp beverages, 2oz shots, drink stick packs and other CPG products in addition to providing technology used by other manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally. Our team utilizes our own industry leading technology and IP, manufacturing facilities, distribution services and sales channels.
About the Role:
The Warehouse Supervisor/2nd Shift Lead reports to the Director of Manufacturing & Production and is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. This role includes managing staff, organizing workflows, running packaging machines, and monitoring inventory to maintain a smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility. Packaging and Celler experience a must. This shift runs from 12-8p Monday through Friday.
Day to day responsibilities:
Below is a list of some but not all responsibilities associated with this position.
- Operate cellar equipment including pumps, hoses, and filters
- Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) and sanitation of tanks, hoses, and beverage tanks
- Overseeing production, including but not limited to; assisting where needed, ensuring the team has what they need and is staying on target for meeting/exceeding goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
· 2+ years Management Experience
· Experience running a canning line a must
· Prior experience in a brewery or beverage production environment
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skill
· Soft Skills: Emphasis on communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork is appropriate for the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of CPG logistics
· Strong attention to detail
· High energy level, strong team player and good work ethic. Go home when the job is done.
