About Us: We’re a growing beverage production company that started as a brewery and expanded into a beverage company offering a variety of products. Today, we make a variety of products including beer, RTDs, THC beverages, and craft cocktails. About the Role: This is a hands-on production role. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team that handles everything from batching and brewing to packaging and cleaning. We're looking for people who are dependable, take pride in their work, and are ready to be part of a modern, multi-format beverage operation. Responsibilities:
· Operate and maintain production equipment (brewhouse, tanks, mixers, packaging lines)
· Follow recipes and SOPs across a variety of beverage types
· Perform cleaning and sanitation procedures (CIP/SIP)
· Track production activity and maintain accurate logs
· Package a variety of beverages
· Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
· Work with taproom team for product deliveries
· Keep work areas cleaned and organized
· Build and load distributor orders
· Brew, mill, prop/pitch yeast, dry-hop, fruit, filter, and flavor various beverages
Requirements:
· 2+ year experience in beverage production (beer, spirits, RTDs, or similar)
· Willingness to produce a variety of beverages
· Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
· Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for extended periods
· Forklift experience is a plus
· Able to meet established deadlines
· Strong record keeping
