Job Overview: 


Tired Hands Brewing Company is looking for a qualified person to join our team as a Logistics and Production Associate. The Logistics and Production Associate will work with our logistics and production teams to assist in the movements of our products, materials, and byproducts. Other tasks within the position involve lifting, moving, pulling, and pushing 35lb+ cases of bottles and cans, moving full kegs onto and off of pallets, operating a forklift, operating/driving our dump truck, climbing ladders, and working in a team environment. Team members should expect between 35+ hours of work a week. 


Duties and Responsibilities: 

? Adhere to all safety protocols set in place by Tired Hands Brewing Company

? Act as primary grain dump truck driver transporting spent grain to our dumping site 

? Work with our Logistics team to plan and stage intra-company product transfers 

? Organize and maintain both walk-in fridges at Fermentaria

? Wrap and put away can and keg pallets as they are finished 

? Receive and put away all deliveries when possible

? Help with general brewery tasks such as cleaning, milling in, box folding, can catching, etc. when necessary. 

? Complete and maintain inventory of all finished and dry goods

? Stage and load up distribution orders 

? Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in all areas

? Other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Qualifications: 

? Valid driver’s license with no restrictions 

? Able to lift 35lbs; able to move up to 165lbs using tools such as a hand truck or forklift           

? Able to kneel and stoop occasionally 

? Able to stand and work for up to 8-10 hours at a time 


Desired Qualifications: 

? Two or more years of brewery, warehouse, or food processing experience 

? Forklift certifications and aptitude
