Sales Manager

Finback Brewery is seeking a full-time Sales Manager. We are seeking a goals-oriented manager with exceptional people skills, able to inspire and motivate others, and design and execute sales plans to join our team. The candidate must be a focused, clear thinker, personable, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to balance nurture and accountability. Finback is a brewer owned brewery, driven by creativity and quality, with locations in Queens and Brooklyn. Responsibilities Include:

• Work with ownership to define and execute sales plans

• Meet or exceed sales goals

• New business development and growth

• Manage distributor relationships

• Manage NYC self-distribution team to achieve goals

• Work with other departments to align sales, production and marketing plans

• Represent the brand at Festivals and Events, build an international brand and create new relationships within and beyond the industry

• Represent and positively convey brand

• Sales tracking, reporting, and coordination

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the craft beverage industry and sales experience

• Excellent communication skills and ability to create and execute plans

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent management of people

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed

• 2 years (minimum) of demonstrated success managing beer sales team; prior sales experience a must.

• compliance to industry best practices and alcoholic beverage regulations

• physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform the requirements of a physically active sales position

• 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary and Benefits

-      This position is full-time with fixed base salary plus performance-based commission and/or bonus. Salary commensurate with experience.
