- Establish themselves with initial customer accounts based on current contacts .
- Recruit additional customer accounts
- Manage all active customer (on-premise and off-premise) accounts
- Maintain key customer and distribution partner relationships
- Communicate to accounts beer and wine needs and development
- Communicate and coordinate with customer accounts regarding upcoming product releases, special events & promotions
- Resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently
- Ensure company products are displayed to meet company and customer standards
- Maintain Quality Control of all products
- Plan and attend samplings of products at on & off-premise accounts as required.
- Assist with the development of new brands
- Some delivery required
Must have clean driving record
