We’re seeking a driven, dynamic Florida Sales Manager to grow and manage sales of both craft beer and THC-infused seltzers across the state. This role will lead distributor relationships, drive retail execution, and expand market share, all while championing the values and vision of Perfect Plain Brewing Company, Urban South Brewery, and Urban South Delta-9 Beverages. You’ll manage all aspects of statewide distribution, from account development to team leadership.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Own and execute sales strategy across Florida for both beer and THC seltzers.
  • Meet and exceed volume, revenue, and placement goals.
  • Manage distributor relationships with excellence, including pricing, programming, incentives, and education.
  • Regularly meet with key on- and off-premise accounts, securing new placements and growing existing business.
  • Lead and mentor a small field team, including hiring and managing a Sales Ambassador in Pensacola.
  • Coordinate monthly distributor orders with our packaging operations team.
  • Proactively identify and pursue community partnerships, sponsorships, and sampling opportunities.
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to track KPIs, manage budgets, and forecast sales.


LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Participate in senior leadership meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Host regular sales team meetings to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Set and track goals for individual team members and the broader market.


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently by car and occasionally by plane.
  • Able to lift 25–55 lbs as needed (samples, event setup, etc.).
  • Must be legally authorized to sell both alcoholic and cannabis beverages in Florida.
  • Able to assess beer and THC beverage quality (sensory and technical understanding).

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Deep understanding of the alcohol and cannabis beverage landscape, especially the three-tier system.
  • Demonstrated success managing distributor and retail relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales data tools.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organization, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Knowledge of Florida’s alcohol and cannabis regulatory environment.


WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

  • Mix of in-field sales, distributor meetings, and office work.
  • Frequent visits to bars, restaurants, retail stores, and events.
  • Travel throughout Florida is required, with occasional overnight trips - residing in Florida is a requirement.
