Lake Arrowhead Brewing Co. is an award winning independent craft brewery located in Lake Arrowhead, CA. We’re looking for a qualified and passionate brewer to join our brewing team and growing beer program. 

Our brewery is located lakeside in the San Bernardino Mountains with a bustling tasting room and beer garden. We focus on a core brand of beers that are distributed locally and are always brewing new and exciting beers in the tasting room. The ideal candidate is hard working, works well in a small team and has a high attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years commercial brewing experience and possess a strong working knowledge of the brewing process
• Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures for tanks and brewhouse
• Clean and fill kegs
• Cellaring duties on 12 tanks
• Operate 2-vessel, 7 bbl direct-fire brewhouse; perform entire brewing process through cellaring to finished product
• Critical thinking skills
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Dedication to the team’s goals and vision
• Passionate about craft beer and brewing new styles
• Operate 4 head canning machine when needed
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, work from heights, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Availability to attend collaboration brews

JOB TYPE: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
