Head Brewer

We are a collection of brewers, chefs and hospitality professionals dedicated to the constantly improving each of our crafts.

We are searching for a world-class Head Brewer for our location in Princeton, New Jersey. Candidates must have a high mechanical aptitude, ability to write and speak clearly and professionally, minimum of five years professional brewing experience, obsession for cleanliness, a lust for brewing traditional ales and lagers, and a vast personal brewing library.

We installed a brand new ten-barrel brew house, six fermentation tanks and 12 cellar tanks - all made by Konig. Annual production hovers around 600 barrels with an aim to increase over the coming years.

As Triumph brewers, we meet on the first Friday of every month to discuss beer culture, quality, repairs and staff development. We work hard to create a collaborative environment that fosters personal and professional growth with a constant aim to improve beer quality and service. 

We will negotiate relocation expenses for the right candidate. Salary commensurate with experience.
