ABQ Field Sales & Chain Manager 


This role will be based in Albuquerque, NM and will be responsible for managing the Admiral ABQ branch, with an emphasis and focus on chain off-premise sales & execution. This position will be the frontline representation of SFBC to our distributor and retail customers within the assigned territory. This position will report to the Director of Sales and plays a critical role in the development and execution of the SFBC strategic plan.



Key Role Responsibilities


-         Be the primary point of contact, and conduit to SFBC, with the Admiral Beverage ABQ branch

-         Ensure execution of the SFBC strategic plan with assigned areas of responsibility

-         Work with Director of Sales in chain planning and strategy

-         Ensure proper execution of all chain commitments

-         Develop mutually beneficial relationships with key distributor and retailer personnel

-         Utilize analytics to inform and optimize sales approach with distributors and retailers

-         Develop and execute locally developed plans to ensure monthly business objectives are exceeded

-         Assist Director of Sales as needed with sales forecasting and inventory management

 

Compensation: DOE

 

Requirements

·        Experience with another brewery or wholesaler in a similar or applicable role

·        Proficiency with Excel, VIP and Nielsen data analysis

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience working with Regional and National chain stores
