Position Overview

We are hiring independent (1099) Sales Representatives to drive retail and wholesale sales. This role is perfect for former alcohol reps and distributor salespeople looking for their next adventure.

• Base Compensation + Uncapped Commission Model (Earn what you close!)
• Competitive commission structure with NO earning cap

Responsibilities

• Retail Store Sales – Sell our product into liquor stores, grocery chains, food markets, corner markets, and c-stores
• Distributor & Wholesale Relationships – Work closely with distributors and wholesalers to expand our reach
• Store Visits & Merchandising – Maintain strong relationships with store managers and ensure product placement and visibility
• Prospecting & Cold Outreach – Identify and onboard new retail accounts
• Product Education – Train retail staff and distributors on our product to increase sell-through
• Sales Reporting – Provide updates on sales, placements, and opportunities

Who You Are

Experience in alcohol, beverage, or distributor sales (not a must but a bonus)

A self-starter who thrives on commission-driven sales

Existing relationships with liquor stores, c-stores, or grocery buyers are a huge plus

Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and distributor sales dynamics

Passionate about growing a brand and willing to hustle for high earnings
