Brewer/Cellar Operator

Revision Brewing in Sparks, NV is seeking an experienced Brewer/Cellar Operator to join our crew.

The main roles are Brewing on a 3-vessel, 20 barrel system approximately 50% of the time with the other 50% Cellaring. Duties include wort production, centrifuging, filtering, dry hopping, yeast harvesting, brewhouse and tank CIP, and more.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- At least (2) two years of brewing industry or related experience

- Ability to multitask

- Attention to detail

- Mechanical aptitude

- Must be at least 21 years of age

-Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch.

-Ability to work safely with potentially hazardous chemicals.

-Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
