As we embark on a transformative 2025 plan targeting 171% revenue growth, expanding into new product categories (wine and THC beverages), and enhancing distributor management, we are looking for a passionate and driven Beer Distributor Manager to join our team.


Job Summary

The Beer Distributor Manager will oversee relationships with authorized distributors to drive sales growth, optimize execution, and strengthen the presence of Lone Star Beverage Brands’ client portfolios across Texas. This position is pivotal in achieving LSBB’s 2025 strategic goals of improving distributor performance, enhancing market penetration, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.


Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned distributors, ensuring alignment with client goals and LSBB’s strategic priorities.

• Conduct weekly management meetings to review distributor performance and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with distributors to implement client-specific strategies, ensuring proper execution of marketing, sales, and promotional plans.


Strategic Execution

• Develop and lead initiatives to improve distributor performance, including sales training, performance benchmarks, and action plans for underperforming areas.

• Ensure the successful market introduction of new product lines (e.g., wine and THC beverages) by coordinating distributor efforts with LSBB’s strategic roadmap.

• Identify growth opportunities in key retail and on-premise accounts and drive targeted execution in those markets.


Client & Market Focus

• Build and maintain relationships with brewery clients to ensure distributor alignment with their brand goals.

• Analyze market trends, distributor data, and sales performance to provide actionable insights to both clients and internal leadership.

• Represent LSBB at industry events, tastings, and distributor meetings to enhance the company’s reputation and client portfolio visibility.


Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare detailed recaps and reports on distributor performance, sales execution, and market opportunities for LSBB’s leadership team.

• Monitor the implementation of SOPs for distributor management to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in the beverage industry, with a focus on distributor management.

• Proven track record of driving growth through strategic distributor partnerships.


Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in VIP/KARMA/Encompass and advanced data analysis.

• Deep understanding of the Texas beverage market, including distribution and retail dynamics.

• Knowledge of emerging trends in the beverage industry, particularly wine and THC products.


Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel statewide for distributor meetings, market visits, and events.

• Familiarity with alcohol distribution regulations and TABC laws.
