Responsibilities That Make an Impact 

As a Brewer at Manhattan Project Beer Co., you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities will include: 

Brewing and Production 

• Operating, CIP, and maintaining brewing systems (30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal). 
• Performing fermentation additions, including dry hops, fruit, and finings. 

Quality and Innovation 

• Conducting daily measurements, sensory analysis, and making process decisions to ensure exceptional quality. 
• Participating in product development meetings and sensory panels. 

Maintenance and Operations 

• Operating and maintaining the centrifuge, CIP skid, and other equipment. 
• Racking product in and out of oak barrels.  
• Driving and operating forklifts and scissor lifts to support production. 

Keeping It Clean and Organized 

• Maintaining a clean and organized production area that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Who You Are 

We’re looking for someone who shares our values and brings experience and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate: 

• Has 2+ years of professional brewing experience and a passion for the craft. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (ability to lift up to 55 lbs). 
• Excellent problem-solver with strong organizational skills. 
• Follows safety protocols and maintains attention to detail in every step of production. 

Your Schedule 

Our team works hard to deliver exceptional beer while maintaining a work-life balance. The schedule includes: 

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts. 
• Biweekly weekend duties (approximately 2 hours).
