Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to both new and existing on- and off-premise accounts, enhancing brand visibility and building lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain a consistent daily schedule of account visits, meeting minimum call targets to maximize market coverage.
  • Engage directly with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen relationships and ensure a consistent Bluebird Hardwater presence.
  • Collaborate closely with distributor sales teams, providing support and insights that help prioritize Bluebird Hardwater products in their account calls.
  • Identify and secure merchandising and promotional opportunities that boost sales and brand recognition.
  • Maintain open, ongoing communication with the Bluebird Hardwater State Sales Manager and distributor partners, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Strive to meet and surpass quarterly sales goals and objectives.
  • Utilize industry data tools to analyze performance and strategize weekly/monthly sales activities.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives, marketing campaigns, and promotions to strengthen Bluebird Hardwater’s market position.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your territory to optimize sales routes and improve efficiency.
  • Organize and attend account promotions, distributor ride-alongs, staff trainings, and industry events.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as expense reports, call logs, sales analyses, and monthly calendars.
  • Provide weekly recaps of account activities and results to both distributor contacts and the State Sales Manager.
  • Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team to achieve shared goals.
  • Be prepared to support sales efforts across the full distribution network as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall team success.
