What will be your mission?

To develop the business in the area, starting and developing the commercial initiatives established by the Company under the Managing Director guidelines in order to achieve the established goals



Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Serve as brand champion and evangelizer in the referred marketplaces.
  • Become the preferred supplier to the distributor with regular work withs.
  • Create stop file and track account visits for On and Off Premise targets on a weekly basis with Market Manager.
  • Meet and develop a strong working partnership with distributor sales management and representatives.
  • Educate, motivate, program, and manage distributors.
  • Communicate distributor incentive programs, pricing initiatives and discount programming.
  • Monitor Distributor Inventory.
  • Meet and develop strong working partnerships with key accounts (account generation / account retention).
  • Set up and conduct in-store or in-bar / restaurant brand and sensory training plus associated events (consumer samplings, bar, promotions, tastings, etc.).
  • Ability to present new SKU’s to targeted retail accounts On / Off.
  • Identify targeted events for participation (set up and execute all necessary and required event functions).
  • Ensure POS materials are allocated to the proper accounts while maximizing exposure.
  • Market knowledge which implies acquaintance with pricing surveys, displays and shelving, accounts notes / tracking, distributors network in the area, competitors activity and so on.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense reports, monthly work calendar, etc.
  • Build and maintain detailed depletions files by brand / account / month.
  • Monthly T&E report.
  • Effectively work within VIP software to provide distributor and market reporting.

Preferred academic and professional background:

  • Valuable: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Previous experience in a similar position: 2 years.
  • Previous experience in the sector: 3 years.
  • Fluent in Spanish language is valuable.
  • International Experience.
  • Multinational Experience.
