Beverage Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Representative                   

Type: Full-time 

Position Overview: 

We are looking for qualified candidates in each market listed to sell for our beverage supplier partners. This position will represent 4 supplier partners. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced selling environment. Candidates must have a background in beverage sales or the hospitality industry, with a strong market knowledge of regional accounts and wholesaler management.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling products into retail accounts
• Sampling/tasting events
• Wholesaler interaction and management
• Use of VIP KARMA to track sales achievements and account level detail in real time
• Visiting 10 - 15 accounts per day
• Submitting Supplier Recaps every Monday morning

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of Beverage Sales Experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 1-3 Years Experience
• Experienced with On & Off-Premise Beverage sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
• Experience with CRM software, Karma/VIP Preferred.
• Experience with report generating from IDIG Sales Reporting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work on-site
• Expert knowledge of the territory

Preferred:

• Sales Experience working for both an alcohol supplier company and alcohol distribution company 2-3 years

We offer a base salary in addition to a monthly paid for performance bonus and full benefits including both insurance and PTO. We also provide Sales Representatives with company iPads, and other allowances. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan after one (1) year of employment,
