River City Brewing - WA: Congratulator Doppelbock

Official description from the brewery:
Congratulator Doppelbock, as the name suggests, is a celebratory beer brewed in honor of our 2nd anniversary and two major beer awards in 2014 (for our River City Red and Deep Thaw Winter Warmer). It is a traditional doppelbock - dark brown in color, toasted malt and chocolates on the nose with hints of plum, lots of malty lager character, and just enough hops to keep it from finishing sweet. It is a hearty, full-bodied lager that is a tribute to both our anniversary and the idea of a "meal in a glass."
