River City Brewing - WA: Clocktower Imperial IPA

Official description from the brewery:
Name in honor of Spokane’s iconic Clocktower, this Imperial IPA highlights the balance between malt and hop. It takes increased malts to bring up the gravity and resulting ABV, so we also ratchet up the hops to give the aroma and bite of a big IPA. The citrus and fruity hop aroma comes from Cascade hops, along with notes from the Apollo, Amarillo, Bravo and Nugget hops used four times in the brew and once more at the end of the fermentation process. The color is a rich orange cedar from our combination of 2-row malted barleys. The final result is a robust, bright imperial IPA.
