This beauty was aged in an Oola Distillery Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey barrel for 3 months, to which we added 10 whole vanilla beans to it for a little flavor. Not as sweet as our VB Stout, but full body and full flavor with a little tartness to it from the barrel.
