Railway City Brewing Company: Dead Elephant Ale

Official description from the brewery:
Dead Elephant is a full bodied English style India Pale Ale that pours with a linen white medium density head leaving spider web lace on the glass. On the palate, the flavour is sweet and fruity malts up front (apricot, mango) with a bit of candy, and slight grassy notes that fall away to reveal a hint of biscuit with rather pleasant grapefruit and perfume undertones. To the nose, there is a mild malt aroma that accentuates the robust floral bouquet derived from the hops. (Available in 473ml Cans, bottles and kegs)
