As we grow, we’re looking for a driven, strategic, and personable Sales Manager to help us expand our presence across Texas and beyond.

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, growing on- and off-premise accounts, leading sales reps, and executing sales strategies that drive volume, visibility, and brand affinity. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in the field, understands how to build meaningful partnerships, and loves great beer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to grow Celis brands across assigned territories
• Manage day-to-day distributor communication, including inventory, orders, goals, and pricing
• Support and coach sales reps, conduct ride-alongs, and lead by example
• Open new accounts and deepen relationships with key on- and off-premise customers
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights
• Represent Celis Brewing at tastings, festivals, and promotional events
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment between sales programs and brand messaging
• Monitor competitive activity and identify new market opportunities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in beer, beverage, or CPG sales (craft beer preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the three-tier system and distributor dynamics
• Proven ability to open new accounts and grow sales volume
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to travel regionally, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and presentation platforms
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 35 lbs
