Sales Representative – Tennessee | Bluebird Hardwater

Bluebird Hardwater is hiring a Sales Representative to lead our growth across Tennessee. This is a fast-moving, high-impact role focused on driving placements, building relationships, and making sure our product moves at retail.


About the Product:

Bluebird Hardwater is a non-carbonated, spirit-based beverage made with real juice, ultra-purified water, and 4.5% ABV. It’s light, easy to drink, and designed to offer a clean alternative to beer, seltzers, and sugary canned cocktails.


About the Role:

You’ll manage the entire Tennessee market for a promising alcohol startup, with full ownership of building the brand across the state.

  • Hit monthly case goals and expand points of distribution
  • Call on key off-premise accounts (chain + independent) and build strong relationships with store managers
  • Partner with our distributor and oversee in-store execution (displays, sampling, reorders, etc.)
  • Track performance and communicate weekly wins, gaps, and opportunities
  • Be the face of Bluebird—energized, accountable, and on it every day


You Are:

  • Experienced in alcohol/beverage sales 2 years+
  • Comfortable in stores, quick with follow-ups, and great at managing time
  • Results-driven, organized, and excited to help grow a breakout brand
  • Based in Tennessee, with flexibility to travel across the state as needed
