This Is Your Territory to Build — and Your Success to Share In
As our Sales Field Director, you won’t be managing from behind a screen — you’ll be in the field, building distribution, influencing retail, and growing a movement from the ground up. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with decision-makers and tastemakers — turning heads and moving product.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real skin in the game: Your bonus is directly tied to the growth you generate.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Architect and execute a regional field sales strategy that fuels aggressive growth across the East Coast
- Cultivate powerful relationships with distributors, retailers, and hospitality leaders
- Own product placement, brand visibility, and on/off-premise velocity
- Lead activations, trainings, and promotions that turn accounts into advocates
- Bring the voice of the market back to HQ — influencing everything from marketing to production
- Leverage data and KPIs to keep growth measurable, accountable, and scalable
We’re Looking for a Builder with Fire in Their Belly:
- 5+ years in beverage alcohol sales (cider, beer, RTDs, or craft spirits a major plus)
- A strong network and understanding of East Coast markets
- Proven track record of driving revenue and building territory from the ground up
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you act like an owner, because you are one in mindset
- Comfortable in the field, on the road, and leading by example
- Not afraid to hustle — this role requires travel up to and beyond 50%
