We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and creative National Accounts Manager to help lead the charge on chain sales and fuel the growth of our brands across top national and regional retailers both Off and On Premise.


At D&V International, we represent some of the most iconic names in the import beer world, including St. Bernardus and Verhaeghe (Duchesse De Bourgogne). This role is your chance to be front and center in deciding how and where these legendary beers show up across the country.


You’ll be the go to for our biggest customer relationships, owning sales strategy and execution from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales, partner with top tier distributors, and collaborate with an energized internal team to grow placements, activate impactful programs, and help take these brands to the next level.

What We’re Looking For


We need someone who’s confident, charismatic, and knows how to connect. You're a natural communicator whether it’s face to face, over the phone, via Zoom, or in a well crafted email, you know how to get your message across and build trust quickly.

You’re not just personable you’re persuasive. You know how to read a room, build relationships that last, and most importantly, close the deal. You don’t wait for things to happen you make them happen. Follow up is your superpower, and organization is second nature.

Ideally, you’ve worked with national chain accounts before and know your way around the three tier system. You understand how to get things done in this space and are always thinking a few moves ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Take the lead on growing relationships with key national and regional off premise chains
  • Build bold plans with retail partners then go out and beat the goals you set
  • Craft and deliver compelling sell stories that move cases and bring our brands to life
  • Create smart, exciting retail programs and promotions that actually drive results
  • Stay on top of performance metrics, uncover insights, and use them to fine tune your approach
  • Work closely with our marketing and field teams to bring campaigns to life with excellence
  • Present with confidence to buyers, to leadership, to whoever needs to feel the energy
  • Think like an owner: when you see a gap or opportunity, you jump in and make it happen
  • Stay persistent, proactive, and unapologetically focused on the win



What You Bring to the Table


  • A natural communicator—strategic when needed, tactical when it counts
  • You thrive with independence but know how to stay connected and collaborative
  • You’re energized by a fast pace, quick pivots, and figuring things out as you go
  • You can build trust and close deals from a laptop, a barstool, or a trade show booth or whatever the moment calls for
  • You know how to use data to shape your story but you don’t rely on it to tell the whole thing
  • You get how to move volume and activate brands at retail, and you’re ready to do it at scale
  • 2–5+ years of experience in key account sales within beverage
  • A proven track record with major accounts like Kroger, Safeway/Albertsons, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Costco, Total Wine, Yard House, HEB, Publix, and others is preferred but not required
