Summary/objective
Wilding Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced craft beverage Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for A diverse portfolio of craft beverage brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the craft beverage landscape, a proven track record in brand management, and the ability to drive brand growth, engagement, and velocity through innovative marketing and sales channels.

? Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
? Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including product launches, digital marketing, social media, experiential opportunities, and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
? Data Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, utilizing data driven insights to inform brand positioning and strategy.
? Budget Management: Oversee brand marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and achieve business goals.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and retail operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
? Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Competencies
? Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the craft beverage industry, including current trends, key players, and market dynamics.
? Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data and consumer insights to drive strategic decisions. Neilsen & IRI data analysis experience preferred.
? Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and presentations.
? Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Asana is a plus.
? Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities.
Work environment
This is an in-office position located in Lafayette, CO.
Travel required
Some in-market and event-related travel will be required.
Required education and experience
? BA/BS or equivalent experience required, preferably in Marketing or related field
? 1-2 years of brand management or marketing experience required
? CPG experience preferred
? Agility ability to adapt quickly to different teams and Brand missions, driving for performance and providing business continuity.
? Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal)
? Strong business acumen
? Results oriented and able to respond quickly to changing marketplace dynamics
? Strategic influencing abilities
? Ability to analyze / lead the business from a marketing and general management perspective
? Strong Adobe CS and Excel skills needed
