As of 2024 we purchased Tenaya Creek Brewery, a well-respected Las Vegas brewery known for its high-quality craft beers and commitment to excellence. This has given us a full rounded beer portfolio, ensuring our beer remains top-tier while reaching a wider audience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cellar Person to join our brewing team. The Cellar Person will support our brewers by assisting in various cellar operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our beers. This role requires multitasking, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist brewers during brew days, including monitoring fermentations and managing yeast disposal/harvest.
• Perform beer transfers between tanks and prepare beers for packaging.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain brewhouse equipment, tanks, and kegs.
• Handle chemicals safely for sanitization and cleaning purposes.
• Monitor gravities, temperatures, dissolved oxygen levels, and carbonation daily.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues within the brewhouse.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory levels.
• Adhere to all internal safety standards and protocols.

Experience & Requirements:

• Passion for craft beer and the brewing process.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year previous experience in brewery/distillery or winery industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling chemicals with a focus on safety.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift 50-100 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
